Windows Memory Dump |
| Information: |
Data "dumped" from a program's memory space; often created when a program has an error or crashes; may also be saved by the program "Savedump.exe" on the first reboot after a crash; usually named "Memory.dmp."
Windows memory dump files may be used for troubleshooting system errors and other problems. However, they can take up a significant amount of space and may often be deleted. |
